Description:

Edenfold is a modern detached property set in a small cul-de-sac on the edge of the picturesque village of Bolton which is between the market towns of Appleby in Westmorland - 3 miles, (famous for its horse fair) and Penrith 11 miles. The river Eden and village pub are only a couple of minutes walk from your doorstep. Excellent base to tour from - Lake Ullswater is only a short drive away, and the Yorkshire Dales, Southern Lake District, Hadrian’s Wall, Penninies and Scottish Borders are all within easy driving distance. Plenty of walks nearby from a gentle stroll, or for the more adventurous and energetic the Pennine Way’s highest point at Cross Fell or the high Lakeland Fells.

On the ground floor of Edenfold you will find a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area which leads to the lounge with open fire. Patio doors lead out to the enclosed rear garden with views of open fields and the Pennine fells in the distance. Also downstairs is a W/C, utility room with washing machine and a table tennis table in the garage to keep the children entertained no matter what the weather.
