Eden Hall is situated in the Eden Valley, in the Lake District, and is easily accessed from the M6 or A66, Just 2 miles East of Penrith. Ullswater Lake is only 15 minutes away by car.
Eden View is part of a new barn conversion which was completed in June 2005.

On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and dining room and seperate pleasant lounge with views of the Eden Valley. There is also a downstairs W/C.
Upstairs there are three upstairs double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, wash basin and W/C and there is also a seperate shower room.
The property stands in spacious grounds, shared with visiting badgers and squirrels, with fantastic views of the Eden Valley.

The area will surprise you with its wide range of activities - strenuous mountain walks to gentle riverside strolls, watersports, golf and even activity centres where you can try paintball shooting, archery and quad biking. The area is very popular with cyclists due to the quiet country lanes and the Coast to Coast cycle route.
